In these classes you will be guided through a dynamic Vinyasa flow based class, connecting breath to movement in a series of postures and poses designed to gain inner strength and flexibility.

We will also look at some Pranayama (Breathing technique’s) that will give you the tools to help deal with the daily stresses of a busy London life.


All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink or food after class, so please join them, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.
