Werk Out: Full Body Bootcamp

Our Werk Out classes are 1 hour of overall body exercise & fitness, we’ll be using various exercises, equipment & exercising styles such as HIIT, resistance training & callisthenics. Some weeks we’ll focus on specific areas like Butt or Core, but most classes will focus on the whole body. This is a perfect class to lose weight, tone, condition & bulk. These classes are for any & all genders.

All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink or food after class, so please join them, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.
