An hour of cardio with an emphasis on fun & enjoyment. Perfect for anyone who’s looking to lose weight or tone, who enjoys dancing but doesn’t feel ready for a formal dance class or just wants a new way of exercising that’s enjoyable & social.
These classes are open to anyone and everyone over the age of 18.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink or food after class, so please join them, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.
