GMDC Spin classes are an intense hour of indoor cycling that blends high intensity cardio, muscular strength training and rhythm-based choreography, all to a killer playlist.
Our trainers are there to encourage, support, entertain, inspire & make you sweat.
These classes are for any & all genders.
YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PREVIOUS FITNESS EXPERIENCE!
All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink or food after class, so please join them, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.
