This style of Kickboxing draws strengths from various forms of Martial Arts, and is a great way to keep fit while building strength and confidence, each class will involve a thorough warm-up and then we work on various combos often using gloves & pads. These classes are for any & all genders.
YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PREVIOUS KICKBOXING EXPERIENCE!
All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink or food after class, so please join them, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.
