Each class involves an aerobic warm-up, then stretching and strengthening exercises specifically tailored towards core, back, legs & bums to help you become more stable in heels. Then we’d do a routine. We’ll often repeat routines so you can go away and practice during the week if you wish. These are ‘All-gender’ classes and despite the name, you do not have to wear heels, but we can advise you on the best sorts to bring & we do have a few spares if you can’t provide your own.
YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PREVIOUS DANCING EXPERIENCE!
All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink or food after class, so please join them, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.
