Each class involves an aerobic warm-up followed by stretching and strengthening exercises, we do some travelling work (turns, kicks & jumps) and then a routine. We’ll often repeat routines so you can go away and practice during the week if you wish. We offer both Male only & All-gender classes.
YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PREVIOUS DANCING EXPERIENCE!
We do offer Advanced classes for people with previous technique & Dance experience who feel confident picking up routines and can work at a faster pace. If in doubt about which level you should join then try the General first and we can always move you up if needed.
We also have our ‘Pro‘ classes which run similarly to a professional dance company. These classes are much more focused on technique and working towards performances.
All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink or food after class, so please join them, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.
